How can I place an order with you?
The easiest and most convenient way to order our handmade wedding stationery is online. Simply select the design and items you would like to order and then add them to you shopping cart. Once they are in your shopping cart you will be able to purchase your stationary through our partners PayPal, who accept all major credit and debit cards.
Once we have received your payment we will begin work on your handmade stationary.
Can I request a sample?
Yes., a sample can be produced for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing - they will not be of finished printed quality, or on correct paper.
How can I be sure that my final stationery will not contain any errors?
You will be required to email us with a word document containing the exact wording that is to appear on your wedding stationary. We can supply example wording to help make this easier but the wording to be used is your decision. You are free to have whatever wording you like.
Changes to the wording can be made up to two weeks prior to wedding stationary being printed without incurring any additional costs.
Can the front of the stationery be changed at all?
Normally the front of our wedding stationery cannot be changed, the designs are fixed. Only the wording used on your wedding stationary can be personalised. However if there is a special design you have in mind let us know and we will create a custom wedding stationary pack for you.
